1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Munch City platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by Munch City

3. Food Truck Owner Accounts

Food truck owners who list their business on Munch City ("Vendors") agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information, including valid permits and licenses
• Keep menu items and pricing current and accurate
• Honor all orders accepted through the Platform
• Maintain all required local health and business permits
• Not list items that are prohibited by applicable law

Munch City reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any food truck listing at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders placed through the Platform create a transaction between the customer and the food truck vendor. Munch City acts as a technology facilitator. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Munch City is not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of food items provided by vendors.

5. Delivery Services

Delivery services may be facilitated through third-party providers including DoorDash Drive. Delivery times and availability may vary. Munch City is not responsible for delays, damage, or issues caused by third-party delivery providers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund and cancellation policies are set by individual food truck vendors and processed in accordance with those policies. If you have a dispute regarding an order, please contact the vendor directly or reach out to Munch City support. Munch City may, at its discretion, assist in resolving disputes between customers and vendors.

7. User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to the Platform, you grant Munch City a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform. You represent that you own all rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the Munch City name, logo, design, and software, is the property of Munch City, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Munch City does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munch City shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

Munch City reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, vendors, Munch City, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
