What is the Munch City referral partner program?
An independent referral program for people who introduce food truck owners to Munch City. Approved partners receive a tracked referral link and dashboard. Commissions require verified attribution and qualifying revenue, subject to approved terms.
Is joining the program free?
There is no application fee. Applying does not guarantee approval, earnings or payment.
Who can become a referral partner?
Food enthusiasts, creators, community organizers and business professionals can apply. Each application is reviewed by Munch City. Partners are independent, not employees.
How do I refer food truck owners?
After approval, share your unique referral link. A newly registered truck or securely verified claim must be approved before it becomes an attributed referral. Never claim ownership of a truck you do not control.
How much commission can I earn?
The initial percentage-based structure is proposed and awaiting final program approval. No earning commitment is made on this page until approved terms are published. Rewards would be based on Munch City’s eligible revenue, never a truck’s total sales.
How long can I earn commissions?
The proposed initial maximum is 12 continuous calendar months from the first qualifying revenue event after verified attribution. Final eligibility and duration remain subject to program approval and terms.
Can I refer multiple food trucks?
You can introduce multiple independent businesses. Each truck needs its own eligible, verified attribution. Self-referrals, duplicate attribution and unauthorized reassignment are prohibited.
Do I get paid if a referred truck joins the Free plan?
A Free plan registration alone does not create a reward. Under the proposed Starter structure, only completed, paid, eligible orders generating positive net Munch City platform commission can qualify. Final terms and partner approval are required.
What happens if a food truck cancels?
Unpaid or cancelled subscription periods do not earn. Refunds and disputes may reverse previously recorded commissions. Cancellation does not restart the original earning window.
How are referrals tracked?
The first valid approved-partner referral link is attributed for 30 days in the same browser. Registration and imported-listing claims require verification. Clicks are visits, not unique people or guaranteed conversions.
When and how are commissions paid?
Live payouts are disabled. No payout date or payment method is promised. Final policy approval, reconciliation, fraud checks, tax onboarding and payout-provider configuration are required before any payment can be enabled.
Can I refer food trucks in another state?
You may propose introductions in another state. Availability, business eligibility and program approval still apply. A submission is not a promise of service or compensation in every location.
Do I need previous sales experience?
No previous sales experience is required to apply. Tell us about your community and how you would make thoughtful introductions. Approval is reviewed individually.
