How to List Your Food Truck on Munch City

Start with accurate business details

Use List Your Food Truck to submit your business name, contact details, service area and cuisine. Select an accurate business address and provide your logo and menu information where available. A mailing address is not automatically a current pickup location.

Existing listing or new business?

Search Munch City before creating a new listing. If your business is already listed, contact support or use the existing ownership-claim process. Ownership must be independently verified before an imported listing can be assigned to an account. A public listing alone does not grant account access.

Review and activation

The Munch City team reviews applications before approval. Application submission is not automatic activation. Keep contact details current so the team can follow up. Before accepting paid orders, complete the required payment onboarding, menu pricing, availability and pickup details.

Choose a plan deliberately

Starter has no monthly subscription and a 12% platform commission on completed eligible online orders. Growth is $49 per month with an 8% platform commission. Premium is $99 per month with a 5% platform commission. Enterprise terms are custom. Check the current pricing page for included features and applicable payment processing or delivery costs.

Keep customers informed

Update your menu, current service location and ordering status as your schedule changes. Do not advertise a pickup location that is not customer-facing. Contact support if you need help correcting an imported listing.
